Country Fresh Foods is a family business originally founded in 1989 by Neil Dowker. As a chef, Neil regularly found it difficult to source the quality and range of fresh ingredients he needed to produce variety of meals he wanted to at his restaurant.
At this point, he had the idea of setting up a company to source and supply high quality ingredients to chefs just like him.
From humble beginnings supplying fruit and veg to local South Yorkshire kitchens, Country Fresh Foods has grown in terms of the number and geographical spread of our customers, but also in the range and variety of ingredients we sell.
Sourcing products from local growers and suppliers where possible, as well as from some of the finest suppliers around the world, we offer a unique range of ingredients, and our extensive supply chain allows us to acquire any ingredients needed by our customers.
We share the same passion for quality food as our customers. Our services and product ranges have been developed by chefs for chefs.
